Today's Agent Skill: Win-Back Campaign Email Writer
What It Does
Customers who bought from you once are five times more likely to buy again than a brand-new prospect — but only if you reach out before they forget about you. Most small business owners don't have a systematic way to follow up with lapsed customers, which means revenue that's already been earned once is quietly walking out the door. An AI agent can write a complete win-back email sequence in minutes.
How It Works
The skill takes your business type, the last product or service the customer purchased, and how long they've been inactive, then writes a 3-email sequence: a "we miss you" opener, a value reminder with an offer, and a final "last chance" message. Each email is personalized to the customer segment and varies in tone and hook to maximize open rates.
How to Deploy It
Add the SKILL.md to your agent's skills folder and trigger it with "write win-back emails" followed by your business details. It works with Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Cursor, and Windsurf. Copy the output into Mailchimp (mailchimp.com), Klaviyo (klaviyo.com), or Constant Contact (constantcontact.com) to set up an automated sequence triggered by customer inactivity.
